Gimlet
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml St. Giles Divers’ Edition gin
- 50ml Lime cordial
- Lime slice and edible flower for garnish
METHOD
Chill martini glass. Pour gin, lime cordial and ice into a jug until the outside of the jug feels very cold. Strain mixture into the chilled glass and garnish with a slice of lime and an edible flower.
