<ul>
<li>50ml St. Giles Diversâ€™ Edition gin</li>
<li>50ml Lime cordial</li>
<li>Lime slice and edible flower for garnish</li>
</ul>
<p class="title title-small"><span style="color: #53c6b5;">METHOD</span></p>
<p>Chill martini glass. Pour gin, lime cordial and ice into a jug until the outside of the jug feels very cold. Strain mixture into theÂ chilled glass and garnish with a slice of lime and an edible flower.</p>

<li>45ml St. Giles gin</li>
<li>30ml Cointreau</li>
<li>15ml Lime juice</li>
<li>30ml Cranberry juice</li>
<li>Lime wheel for garnish</li>
</ul>
<p class="title title-small"><span style="color: #53c6b5;">METHOD</span></p>
<p>Combine cranberry juice, gin and cointreau in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until outside of shaker gets cold.Â Strain into chilled martini glass. Twist citrus peel over drink. Garnish the glass with the citrus peel and lime wedge.</p>

<li>25ml Lime juice</li>
<li>25 ml Sugar syrup (1 part sugar:1 part water)</li>
<li>Ginger Ale</li>
<li>Fresh raspberries</li>
<li>Lime wheel for garnish</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #53c6b5;">METHOD</span></p>
<p>Add, gin lime juice and sugar syrup to class, stir. Fill glass with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with lime wheel and raspberries.</p>

<li>25ml Lemon juice</li>
<li>25ml Sugar syrup (1 part sugar to 1 of water)</li>
<li>Soda water</li>
<li>Wedge of lemon</li>
</ul>

<p>Pour lemon juice, sugar syrup and St. Giles Gin into a tall glass and stir. Add ice, top with soda and stir again. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.</p>

<p>Substituting Champagne with Prosecco softens this very appealing and effervescent serve.</p>
<p class="title title-small"><span style="color: #53c6b5;">INGREDIENTS</span></p>
<ul class="ingredientslist">
<li>20ml St. Giles Gin</li>
<li>20ml Elderflower cordial</li>
<li>10ml Lemon juice</li>
<li>Prosecco</li>
<li>Lemon, mint or frozen berries</li>
</ul>
<p class="title title-small"><span style="color: #53c6b5;">METHOD</span></p>
<p>Pour the elderflower cordial, lemon juice and St. Giles Gin into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into a tall glass. Top with Prosecco and serve with a twist of lemon and a couple of mint leaves or alternatively, add a frozen strawberry or raspberry to the glass.</p>
